Always in search of innovation

We are a team of professionals with experience in supporting students and providing services to higher education institutions in areas such as educational marketing, admission processes, development of customized solutions, and vocational guidance.

The story

“Tiiblack” was born as a strategic response to the growing challenges of student dropout in higher education institutions (HEIs) in Latin America. Our purpose is: To contribute from experience and technological innovation to the improvement of admission processes, well-being and student retention, through a vocational guidance platform that acts as a continuous evaluator throughout the academic life of young people.

In 2023, we combined our knowledge and experience to build a comprehensive solution capable of guiding all actors in the educational ecosystem – from university entry to graduation – facilitating an effective alignment between personality, interests, skills and individual tastes to the demands of the academic and labor market.

In 2024, we registered the Tiiblack brand, and during that year we administered over 6,000 vocational tests, solidifying our tool. This impact earned us two awards at the LatamDigital Awards , winning "First Place for Best Technological Innovation" and "Second Place in the Best Product/Service Innovation category."

Driven by the growing demand for our solution, in 2025 we decided to formalize Tiiblack as a local company, projecting its national and international expansion with a focus on Colombia and other Latin American countries, where there has been a growing need for effective vocational guidance and student retention tools.

Our platform is designed to capture, in a user-friendly and thoughtful way, key information about each user: personality traits, skills, interests, and preferences. Based on this data, we suggest personalized academic pathways, which not only optimizes the career choice process but also generates valuable information for sector studies and prospective analyses.

This allows results to be segmented by educational sector, geographic region, predominant interests, areas of affinity, preferred academic programs, among others, providing valuable input for institutional and governmental decision-making.
